$45,000 Settlement for a Dog Bite Lawsuit

Case Description

We should all feel safe in our own yards, but in this case, our client was doing some gardening when a dog ran out of a neighbor’s garage into her own yard and attacked her. The dog first bit her on the thigh, and as our poor client tried frantically to escape, the dog then attacked her again, biting her on the shin. Finally, the neighbor ran over and grabbed her dog to stop the attack. However, our client was left with deep puncture wounds from the attack.
